Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed on 4fstwe-ie.myshopify.com with BLOVIA LIMITED, trading as Kleine Genies, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House) under number 17382971, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at contact@kleine-genies.com or on +33 6 51 62 23 56. These terms apply to consumers buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession ("you").

2. Your order and our contract

The main characteristics of each product, its total price and delivery costs are shown before you order. You can review and correct your order before confirming it. Clicking the payment button places an order with an obligation to pay. We will email you to acknowledge your order; the contract is formed when we send that confirmation. Please make sure your email address is correct.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods offered at checkout (for example card, PayPal or Klarna). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us, using Royal Mail, Evri or DPD. Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days and normally arrive 5–8 working days after dispatch. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed (section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015). If we do not, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full. The goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to you or to a person you have named (section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your contract within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving a reason. Full details and a model cancellation form are in our returns and cancellation policy.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

6. Your legal rights if something is wrong

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • up to 30 days after delivery: if the goods are faulty you can get an immediate refund;
  • up to six months: if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced you are entitled to a full refund in most cases;
  • up to six years (five years in Scotland): if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

Nothing in these terms affects these legal rights. For more information visit Citizens Advice (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) or call 0808 223 1133. To report a problem, email us with your order number and a photo.

7. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

8. Personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email contact@kleine-genies.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days. We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution provider.

10. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
